I've compiled a list of my most frequently asked questions, so please review these before contacting me.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, I accept all major credit cards.  You'll need to go through the checkout process, and when you click on "Confirm Order", you'll be directed to the last payment screen.  On the RIGHT hand side is where you can log into your PayPal account. 

Also, over on the BOTTOM LEFT hand side is where you will see a message that says "Don't have a PayPal Account?" (it's right above all the credit card logos).  Click on the "continue" link and you'll be able to enter your credit card information.

Do you accept PayPal echecks, personal checks or money orders?

I'm sorry, but I no longer accept PayPal echecks.  I also do not accept checks or money orders because my site is a download site only so all purchases need to be paid for right away.

Can you place my items on a CD and mail it to me?

I'm sorry, my website is a download only site.  I don't create or ship CD's.

What can I do with your clipart?

Are you sure I can't colorize or recolor your clip art?

I need to have this rule because some artwork I carry belongs to other artists - and they prefer their colors to remain true to the originals.  Also, I do reserve the right to create variations of each collection by using different colors.  Read my Terms of Use for more information.

You need to log into your account.  Click on "Log In" (found on the top left hand side of my website, then click "My Account".  From there you will click on "View" to view your orders.  From there you will see your "Download" buttons.  Click each one and save the files to your computer.

I can't seem to download the zip files, can you help me?

Make sure when you click the download button, you are choosing "save as" and NOT "open".  You will need to browse your computer to place the zip file in whatever folder you wish.  After it's downloaded, you will need to "right" click on the zip file and choose "extract all".  This will place the contents of the zip file in a folder so you can open the individual files.

If you experience problems with the download, try another browser.  Sometimes IE acts finicky so you might want to try Firefox or you may want to restart your pc before trying again.

Note:  If you get a "file is corrupted" error when you try to open the zip file, please login and download it again as downloads can time out or not fully download for various reasons.  If you have a download accelerator or are using a firewall, temporarily disable them until you've gotten your files.  You will need to delete the original zip file you've downloaded and try again.

I've downloaded the files and now I can't find them on my computer. Can you help me?

I have no idea where you saved these files as each computer is set up different and you create your own folders to organize your system.  What I suggest is to create a folder named "Whimsy Doodle Graphics" before you download your purchases.  That way once you save them to your computer, you'll be able to easily find your zip files.

I've downloaded the files but I can't open the graphics or access the files. 

You need to extract the contents from the zip file before you can work with the files.  Think of the zip file as a suitcase, and you need to unpack the graphics.  Simply RIGHT click on the zip file and choose "extract all" and then follow the promts.  This will place the graphics inside a folder on your computer so you can open them in your graphics program.
