You MAY:

*You MAY recolor these Color Mes and make printables and scrapkits to sell in your own store or
for YOUR OWN Personal Use ONLY, but No Sharing what you make.
*You MAY digitize these Color Mes and sell them in a store that you own, as digitized Embroidery patterns, digitized Stitching Patterns,
digitized Quilting Patterns, ONLY if you digitize them and sell them digitized. NEVER include the original.
* You MAY ocassionally give away what you make with our Color Mes as a freebie, business promotional aid etc.

You MAY NOT:

* You MAY NOT resell Color Mes "as is" and you MAY NOT sell them after you color them/add patterns (etc) to them (That
would be selling them as clipart and it's NOT allowed unless you buy them from our RESELLER PROGRAM. We DO NOT allow
selling them as you buy them in our RESELLER PROGRAM either. You must color them.).
*You MAY NOT use ONLY our Color Mes in scrapkits, paper packs (etc) you make. You MUST add your own items to the kits.
* You MAY NOT offer any of these items or anything you make with these items, for free or share them. Your Personal Use Only if
you are not selling what you make.
* You MAY NOT give/share them with any online groups or forums, or by email etc..
*You MAY NOT resell them in any type of reseller program, graphics club/group or subscription etc.
*You MAY NOT take credit for making/drawing the items you use that you bought from us.

You MUST:

*You MUST MERGE/FLATTEN what you make and offer it that way. What you make/create and sell, MUST be SOLD as
one layer only.
*You MUST add our BANNER, in clickable form, on your mainpage or Artist Credit page and also in the product description, if you
use any of our items. Please credit the original artist if we are not the original artist. Using just text for a link is NOT ok.
* You MUST get one of our banners from our website if you do NOT have one.

*You MUST put the URL to your website where you will be selling your items you make with our Color Mes, in the "Company Name"
 area of your shopping cart.
*You MUST let us know right away if the URL changes to your website.

**Though the artists we carry are HIGH quality items, Whimsy Doodle Graphics does NOT alter the lineart that we receive from the artists we buy from.. We only alter them in removing the background to create PNG files. Nor, do we guarantee line art quality. We sell what the artists gives us.
