PLEASE NOTE FOR Clipart 4 Resale: You must use one of their seals included in the zip file  ON YOUR preview if you choose NOT to use mine. You must use it each time you color a Color Me Set and sell it no matter how many times you use a set.

Even if you credit Clipart 4 Resale on your preview, you MUST use one of the seals.

You Must:

*You MUST recolor these and sell them as a colored clipart set ONLY.
*You MUST MERGE/FLATTEN the clipart when finished coloring it and offer it that way. It MUST be one layer only.
*You MUST add our licensed reseller banner provided in the zip file to your website (no matter what you buy, whether or not the original artist requires their's....we do require our banner be added) in the Artist's credit area with a clickable link to www.whimsydoodlegraphics.com. Using just text for a link is NOT ok.

*You MUST put the URL to your website where you will be selling our RESELLER sets at in the "Company Name" area of your shopping cart.
You MUST let us know right away if the URL changes to your website.

You MAY NOT:

* YOU MAY NOT sell them "as is", meaning, as you bought them from us, you must color them and sell them as colored clipart.
*You MAY NOT add other clipart to the set.
* You MAY NOT offer any of these items for free.
* YOU MAY NOT give them away for free.
*You MAY NOT resell them in any type of reseller program, graphics club/group or subscription etc.

 You MAY:

You MAY resell each product under your own terms of use (provided you follow the terms listed here),
You MAY sell these collections for retail on your own website.
You MAY set your own price as long as you don't sell it below $1.00.
You MAY sell these collections an unlimited number of times.
You MAY resell them as individual collections.
You MAY use your own preview but you MUST put ON THE PREVIEW "Licensed Reseller For Whimsy Doodle Graphics".
You MAY sell the set on your own website that you own.

**Purchasing any product allows you a license for one (1) website only. If you want any collection for more then one website, you must purchase one collection for each website.

**Though the artists we carry are HIGH quality items, Whimsy Doodle Graphics does NOT alter the lineart that we receive from the artists we buy from.. We only alter them in removing the background to create PNG files. Nor, do we guarantee line art quality. We sell what the artists gives us.
